We want you to love your Boody essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, individual underwear and socks that have been opened cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason for the request to help us improve our products.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
